Metroidvania Project

The world in which the play takes place is dominated by the three basic emotions of sadness, joy and anger. However, these emotions have been exploited and almost completely destroyed by a mysterious parasite that has taken hold of the villagers. The parasite has taken over the emotions of the entire population, rendering them exhausted and insensitive.

While the people of the village live in this state of emotional deprivation, one character emerges who has retained only the feeling of joy (the first emotion can change). Unlike the villagers, this character still has a sense of joy (although the reason is not yet known). His mission is to find the origin of the parasite in the underworld beneath the village and neutralize it. The character begins to delve deeper and explore dangerous biomes in order to fulfill this challenging task, restore all emotions and save the land.
